Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kivode Plus (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
Product Scope
Kivode Plus is a secure AI coding assistant. It helps developers write, edit, refactor, and understand existing code. It is not an autonomous project generator.
Accounts and API Keys
You provide your own API key from a supported provider. Keys are encrypted and stored locally on your device in a protected environment.
Data Flow and Privacy
When you request AI assistance, relevant code and prompts are sent directly to your selected AI provider. Kivode Plus does not proxy or store those requests. The app does not include telemetry, tracking, cloud syncing, or background data collection by default.
Controlled Execution
Python and tool execution features operate inside controlled boundaries and intentionally limited environments to reduce misuse risk.
Third-Party Services
AI providers and external services you choose are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and pricing. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Software for illegal activity, abuse, malware development, unauthorized data access, or violations of applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on the official website.
